20210126 15334100 1.0 TRUE SOSEA SOSEA (SPOTTED OWL SPECIAL EMPHASIS AREAS) means the geographic areas as mapped in Washington State's Forest Practices Rules (WAC 222-16-086). Each delimited SOSEA polygon contains the specified goal for that area to provide for demographic and/or dispersal support as necessary to complement the northern spotted owl protection strategies on federal land within or adjacent to the SOSEA.
